Studio Policies  

Lesson Scheduling: All lessons are scheduled through email or phone. Lessons are only offered in 1 hour durations.

Lesson Cancellations: 24 hour cancellation policy

The student must notify of any cancellation by phone, text, or email at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. If such notice is not provided, the student will be responsible for the full payment of the missed lesson before receiving any further lessons. 

It is completely understood that emergencies arise and sicknesses occur within the 24-hour cancellation window.  In these cases, lessons are excused at my discretion.

Please Note:  A student who makes a 'day-of' cancellation due to illness must notify me no later than 9 AM that day. Failure to do so will result in a charge.

Lesson Tardiness: If you arrive late to your lesson, it will still end at its regularly scheduled time, with no makeup time permitted. If I am running late, I will always ensure that you receive a full hour session.
